Gooseberry Pillow                                                    $6.00

Part of the “berry” family of stitch patterns,  the gooseberry is extremely textural and satisfies the most discerning tactile desires.  It has the appearance of bobbles; however, worked over several rows results in a more firm structure.  Equally dramatic, the pillow back fabric is created with the purl-twist stitch pattern.  The back and front are joined using a single crochet stitch then adorned with a reverse single crochet.  This project is a relatively fast knit with big yarn and needles.
